This space is for women who are done with the constant pressure, disconnection and burnout created by living in a patriarchal world. Women who are ready to slow down, soften, heal and return home to themselves.
Together, we will explore feminine embodiment, cyclical living, spirituality, sensuality, nervous system healing, sacred sisterhood and self-remembrance.
Embodied Woman is about remembering who you truly are beneath the conditioning and be the change for other women.
Embodied Woman is for any woman who feels called to reconnect with herself. Whether you’re feeling burnt out, disconnected, navigating a life transition, or simply longing for deeper connection, this space welcomes you exactly as you are.
You don’t need any experience with spirituality, embodiment, or feminine practices. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to show up for yourself.
Yes. If you can’t make a live session, you’ll have access to the recordings so you can move through the journey at your own pace.
This journey is designed to fit alongside your life. While live sessions are encouraged, you can engage with the content in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
The full five-month journey is just €222 (once of full payment) – that’s less than €8 per week for live coaching, community, practices, and ongoing support.
Our next sacred journey begins in October, and spaces are limited to 100 women to create an intimate and supportive community.
