This gathering is a chance to slow down and to remember the power of intentional rest – especially during the most active season of the year. Through gentle Yoga, stillness and the sacred spirit of Cacao, we’ll create a space of grounding, reflection and connection.

What is a Cacao Ceremony? 🍫

A Cacao Ceremony is an ancient Shamanic practice that incorporates the Cacao plant and meditation to bring you on a journey of deep self-discovery and promote feelings of self-love, compassion and universal interconnectedness. Allowing you to feel and be divinely guided and suppored. It is tradition that we sit in circle so that you return home to your own heart whilst surrounded by like-minded souls and join as a community.

Whether you’re seeking stillness, soulful connection or simply a moment to exhale – this ceremony is for you.

All are welcome. No prior experience with Cacao or Yoga is needed.
